For construction and EPC projects, fastener packaging is not a warehouse detail. It affects installation speed, traceability, site safety, and claim risk. Many buyers focus on bolt grade, coating, and price, then leave packaging as “standard export packing.” That is where trouble starts.

On a real job site, mixed cartons, missing heat numbers, torn labels, or rusted washers can delay an entire steel erection crew. Good project fastener packaging should be designed around how the materials will be received, stored, issued, and installed.

Wholesale stock orders and EPC project orders are different. A distributor may accept bulk cartons by size. An EPC contractor usually needs package control by drawing, area, structure, or installation sequence.
