XZ Fastener supplies a wide range of industrial screws, including machine screws, self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws, wood screws, socket screws, set screws, drywall screws and custom non-standard screws. Our screws are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and brass, with various thread types and head styles for different applications. We support DIN, ISO, ASTM and ANSI standards, with surface finishes such as zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized, black oxide, Dacromet, PTFE coating and plain finish, widely used in construction, machinery, automotive, electrical equipment and general industrial assembly.

We can supply screws according to DIN, ISO, ASTM, ANSI, JIS, BS and GB standards. Common standards include DIN 912, DIN 7984, DIN 7985, DIN 7991, DIN 965, DIN 966, DIN 7981, DIN 7504 and ISO 14583.
Our screws are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and brass. Stainless steel grades such as A2-70 and A4-70 are suitable for corrosion-resistant applications, while alloy steel screws are used for high-strength requirements.

Self-tapping screws require a pre-drilled hole and form threads during installation, while self-drilling screws have a drill point and can drill, tap and fasten in one operation without pre-drilling.

To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the screw type, standard, size, length, head type, drive type, material, grade, surface finish, quantity, packaging requirement and destination country or port. For non-standard screws, please send a drawing or sample photo.
Yes. We can provide material certificates, inspection reports, CO and EN 10204 3.1 certificates according to customer requirements. Additional testing reports can also be arranged for project orders.
We inspect dimensions, thread accuracy, head type, drive type, surface finish, coating quality, mechanical properties, packaging and labeling before shipment. Inspection reports and photos can be provided upon request.
