XZ Fastener supplies a wide range of industrial nuts, including hex nuts, nylon insert lock nuts, flange nuts, coupling nuts, cap nuts, wing nuts, square nuts, cage nuts and custom nuts. Our nuts are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass and other materials, with grades such as Grade 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, A2-70, A4-70, A4-80 and ASTM A194 2H. We support DIN, ISO, ASTM and ANSI standards, with surface finishes including zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized, black oxide, Dacromet, PTFE coating and plain finish for different industrial and project applications.
We supply standard and custom nuts in various materials, grades, thread types and surface finishes to meet different industrial and project requirements.

We can supply nuts according to DIN, ISO, ASTM, ANSI, JIS, BS and GB standards. Common standards include DIN 934, ISO 4032, DIN 985, DIN 6923, DIN 6334, DIN 1587, ASTM A194 and ASTM A563.
Our nuts are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, aluminum and other special materials. Stainless steel grades such as A2-70, A4-70 and A4-80 are available for corrosion-resistant applications.

Yes. We support custom nut production based on drawings, samples or technical specifications. Custom options include special shape, special height, special thread, custom material, logo marking, special coating and customized packaging.
To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the nut type or standard, size, thread type, material, grade, surface finish, quantity, packaging requirement and destination country or port. For non-standard nuts, please send a drawing or sample photo.
Yes. Material certificates, inspection reports, CO and EN 10204 3.1 certificates can be provided according to project requirements. For high-strength nuts, hardness testing and mechanical property testing can also be arranged.
MOQ depends on the nut type, size, material, grade and surface finish. Standard nuts may have flexible MOQ if stock is available, while custom nuts or special-grade nuts usually require a higher MOQ due to material, tooling and production costs.
We inspect dimensions, thread accuracy, surface finish, mechanical properties, hardness, packaging and labeling before shipment. For project orders, additional inspection reports, photos and certificates can be provided upon request.
